Payroll Module
This module in WizSalary – payroll program is configured to help your payroll department accountants correctly and completely calculate an employee’s salary, taking into account all income elements (allowances, bonuses, allowances, compensations, meal vouchers, gift vouchers, etc.) and deductions that an employee may have (optional pensions, union, medical insurance, individual insurance, etc.), whether they are net or gross, in local currency or foreign currency;
Prepare the IPC18 statement for employees in the electronic format required by the Fiscal Inspection;
Issue all necessary reports, such as: advance payment lists, liquidation, sick leave, vacation, flyers, summaries, salary certificates, statistical reports, export files for salary payment to the bank;
Apply salary deductions according to court decisions;
Complete the timesheet more quickly through the auto-fill function (if not done by the human resources department or timekeepers);
Allow scenarios for calculating net or gross salary for employees.

The track & trace module included in the WizSalary payroll program allows the HR department head and company managers to:
• Monitor all operations carried out in the payroll database, thus having a clear picture of it;
• Track changes made by each registered user in the system, especially in the key fields of the database;
• Provide automatic feedback through reports on any changes made in the database, with complete information about the user, type of computer used, and type of change made (addition, modification, deletion of data).

File Import/Export Module
This module is used to import information into the WizSalary payroll program database, such as: data of new employees, timesheet for each employee of the company, salary change items (bonuses or deductions). Files such as accounting notes, documents requested by banks and authorities can also be exported.
